Refund Policy

We provide refunds in the following cases:

  1. Non-delivery of product – upon your request, we may provide a refund should we fail to deliver your ordered products within 48 hours of order. You agree that your products will be delivered via our customer Members Portal and that you must set up a password when prompted upon order completion in order to access them. Should you fail to set and retain your password, you will not be eligible to claim under this subsection.
  2. 3-Day Money Back Guarantee – if your order includes a product labelled ‘IQ Results Package’, you may be eligible for a refund under our 3-Day Money Back Guarantee. Full details are shown below.
  3. Cancellation Free Trial orders – if you order a product that does not require payment in advance of product delivery and is labelled as including a ‘Free Trial’, while this is not a refund event, you may avoid a charge by cancelling your order within the specified Trial Period as specified at time of order. We do not provide refunds for monies paid after this Trial period and for cancellations of eligible orders not processed by You in accordance with our Trial Cancellations Policy, shown below.

3-Day Money Back Guarantee

This policy pertains to orders of the ‘IQ Results Package’ only.

All eligible new customers are entitled to receive a full refund of the monies paid to us at time of order should they be unhappy with our service and complete the Required Steps within three days or 72 hours of order.

A ‘new customer’ is one who we deem at our discretion to not have ordered a product from IQ Test Institute in the past. We may use a number of objective data points to form our view including customer name, email, IP address, customer address or other factors identifiable across customer orders or as recorded when the customer uses our websites. Any misrepresentations of your true identify made by You at time of order will disqualify your claim under this guarantee. Should we identify two more orders to have been made by a customer only the first eligible order will be entitled to the Guarantee.

To be eligible for the 3-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must be a new customer and agree to complete the Required Steps, as shown below, within 72 hours (three days) of your time of order.

Required Steps:

1) you must notify us of your request to claim the Money Back Guarantee by clicking the ‘Request Refund’ labelled button provided on the ‘Customer Support’ page from within our customer Members Portal (https://members.iq-test.institute/login/);

2) you must complete and submit our cancellation feedback survey.

If you do not complete all of the Required Steps within three (3) days of your order, any claims by you for a refund will not be allowed. You also acknowledge that emailing us or using any other means to notify us of your intention to claim a refund under this guarantee other than that which set out in step one of the Required Steps, will not be accepted as satisfactory notice nor will we be obligated to advise you of the Required Steps that you must follow before the expiry of the 72-hour period. You acknowledge that this refund policy is available for your perusal at https://iq-test.institute/refund-policy/ and it is your responsibility to follow it should you wish to make a claim.

Trial Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders of the ‘IQ Performance Report Package’ only.

All eligible new customers who make an order labelled as including a ‘Free Trial’ and not requiring payment in advance, shall be entitled to receive their ordered products subject to their agreeing to pay the nominated package fee at the conclusion of their trial, unless they cancel within the trial period specified at time of order, according to the terms of this policy.

Required Cancellation Steps:

1) you must notify us of your request to cancel your trial by clicking the ‘Cancel Your Trial’ labelled button provided on the ‘Customer Support’ page from within our customer Members Portal (https://members.iq-test.institute/login/);

2) you must complete and submit our cancellation feedback survey.

If you do not complete all of the Required Cancellation Steps within three (3) days of your order, any claims by you for a refund will not be allowed. You also acknowledge that emailing us or using any other means to notify us of your intention to claim a refund under this guarantee other than that which is described under the first step of the Required Steps, will not be accepted as satisfactory notice nor will we be obligated to advise you of the Required Steps that you must follow before the expiry of the 72-hour period. You acknowledge that this refund policy is available for your perusal at https://iq-test.institute/refund-policy/ and it is your responsibility to follow it should you wish to make a claim.

Other terms and conditions of order:

Valid Technical Issues preventing access – Should you face a technical issue or barrier when attempting to access your products, or carry out the Required Steps set out under our 3-Day Money Back Guarantee or carry out the Required Cancellation Steps set ou under our Trial Cancellation Policy, you agree to notify us of the issue by email or using our contact web form and providing the following details:

  • the time and date your encountered the issue,
  • a description of the issue;
  • A screenshot or photo of the issue you encounter.

You agree to provide this within 3 hours of the issue occurring and provide us with at least 12 hours to fix the issue. If we do not respond or advise you that we will not be able to fix the issue within this time period we will guarantee to either cancel or, if applicable, refund your order in relation to the relevant Guarantee or cancellation Policy above. You agree that your failing to login due to your failure to record or remember your password does not constitute a ‘Valid Technical Issue’ under this section.

Requirement to set a customer Member’s Portal password after order – Upon order you will be prompted to set your password to access the customer Members Portal where you can access your products. You accept that it is your responsibility to set and remember or record your password for future use in order to login to the Portal. If you forget your password, you may also use the ‘Forgot Password’ facility provided at (https://members.iq-test.institute) to reset it. The email address you supply at order is your login user name (all in lower case). You agree that by ordering any of our products that failing to set your password will render you ineligible to claim under our refund policy. Also you agree that not being able to login due to your failing to record or remember your password shall not constitute a ‘Valid Technical Issue’ under the section labelled ‘Valid Technical Issues preventing access’, and that it is your responsibility to use the ‘Forget Password’ functionality provided to regain access to your account and products.
